This remodeling required opening the Kitchen, Dining and Family Room to create a seamlessly open area. The addition to the rear created a gathering area in the Kitchen on the first floor and a sitting area for the Master Bedroom on the second level. The extensive use of glass on the addition opened the space to new water views, while creating a counterpoint to the texture of the rear façade.
